Shipping policy

 PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current exceptional situation, there may be delays in the shipping times. We appreciate your patience.

 

  • We ship the orders once a week, usually on Thursday or Friday. Once it's sent, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and information :)

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above 17€ in selected countries. If your country is eligible you'll see the 'Economy Shipping' option on the checkout. The USA is not an eligible country.
  • The waiting time for a package to arrive before considering it lost is of two months from the shipping date.

We offer free fast-tracked shipping for all orders above 17€ to some eligible countries. Please check if your country is eligible below.

Packages sent by this method can not be delivered to PO Boxes or Poste Restante.


STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer tracked shipping worldwide. The orders will be sent through the postal service. Please note that some country's postal services may not track letters, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We ship the packages once a week, usually on Thursday or Friday. Once it's sent, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and information :)

See the shipping rates and estimated delivery times below. The rates are based on destination country and package weight. For reference, stickers and A5 prints are included in the light category, while merchandise and bigger prints are in the medium. The weight is automatically calculated at checkout.

*All the countries in Europe including Greenland, close islands, Russia, Turkey, and Georgia. 

**For Eastern European countries the expected delivery times are 10-20 business days.

***Rest of the World: all the countries and territories not included in the A zone. We don’t ship to USA Armed Forces territories.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Customs fees and other taxes may be applied depending on your country, the buyer is the only one responsible to pay these.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case that shipping to the delivery country was temporarily suspended. In that case, the customer would be notified and the order payment fully refunded.
  • If a package is returned because of the buyer's fault (not being home or picking up the package, errors in the delivery address...), it will be reshipped only by paying the shipping fee again. If the buyer decides that they don't want their package, the price for the objects will be refunded once we receive it, but the shipping costs won't be refunded in any case.
  • Once the order is shipped no changes can be made.
